Donteh Banks

Donte’h Dwyane Banks was born on August 5th 1983 in Chicago Illinois (Michael Reese Hospital ) to the proud parents of Gregory Brown and Pamela Banks . Donte’h was one of five children. He enjoyed various activities like gathering with friends and family watching movies, listening to music and playing basketball. Growing up Donte’h was a family oriented person. He spent most of his time with his siblings in which he’d always act as if he was the oldest very over protective. In 1997 he graduated from howland school of the arts followed by attending Collin’s high school he didn’t receive his diploma right away he ended up receiving it while being incarcerated (nothing was stopping him from obtaining his diploma). One of Donte’h hobbies was restoring old cars, them old cars made him so happy. If he could be described in words, they would be FUNNY, OUTGOING, OUTSPOKEN,NO FILTER,SELFLESS and definitely LOYAL he always kept it 100 no mater what and that was one of the things people loved most about him.In 2006 he was blessed with his first beautiful daughter Tyaunniah followed by his second beautiful daughter Taniyah in 2007. He was getting the hang at being a great dad so he figured why not add another so in 2010 he welcomed his third beautiful daughter Masiah. While loving being a girl dad he said I definitely need my lil boy so in 2022 here comes his handsome son Donte’h jr now his puzzle was complete. Four years later Donte’h became ill and ended up in the hospital July 1st 2026 in there fighting for his life he put up a great fight but unfortunately after being in the hospital exactly one month later august 1st 2026 at 5:25am Donte’h took his last breath. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Naomi P Jones(Lester H.Jones) Sarah M. Brown(McClenton Brown) his aunt Andrea L. Banks-Moore and his brothers Gregory (Lil Greg) Holden and Mario A. Sanders Donte’h leaves to mourn his four heartbroken children Tyaunniah C. Wade,Tanijah S. Wade, Masiah A. Banks and Donte’h D. Banks jr and his grandson that’s on the way ,his grieving parents Gregory Brown and Pamela D. Banks,his sisters Takisha M. Holden,Ebony L. Banks, Bliss O. Brown and Laneshia N .Banks-Stanford(cousin/sister)and brother Mark A. Sanders jr. A host of nieces and nephews as well as friends.
