A proud graduate of Medical Lake High School in 1978, Donald went on to serve his country with distinction in the United States Army from 1978 to 1998. His military career was marked by a steadfast commitment to duty and a deep sense of honor.
After retiring from the army, Donald embarked on a career as a nurse, where his compassion and empathy for others made him an invaluable presence to those in his care. Later in life, he pursued his passion for cooking and became a chef, delighting family and friends with his culinary creations.
Outside of his professional life, Donald was an active volunteer at Real Life Ministries, where his selfless service enriched the lives of many. He was a man of many talents, who found joy in baking, painting, and playing the guitar. His creative spirit and love for travel reflected a life lived with curiosity and a desire for discovery.
