Denver, as he was affectionately known, was a proud graduate of Hurst High School, class of 1949. His education laid the foundation for a life characterized by a thirst for knowledge and an unwavering dedication to his loved ones. Denver's life journey was marked by profound love and unwavering support for his family, which he cherished above all else. He is survived by his loving children, Mark, Jennifer, Brian, and Darin, each of whom carry forward his legacy of love, integrity, and compassion. Denver's wisdom and warmth were constants in their lives, guiding them and providing strength in times of need. Denver was also a cherished grandfather to three wonderful grandchildren, Kristin, Nicholas, and Ryan, who were the light of his life. His role as a grandfather was one of his greatest joys, and he never missed an opportunity to share stories, laughter, and love with them. His legacy continues to bloom through his three great-grandchildren, Kemper, Brooks, and a soon-to-be-born granddaughter, who will grow up hearing tales of his gentle spirit and steadfast love. Throughout his life, Denver touched the lives of many with his gentle demeanor and generous heart. He was a man of great character, whose kindness and compassion left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him. His life was a testament to the power of love and the importance of family bonds.
