It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Dolores Lasoya, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Born on September 27, 1961, in Arlington, Texas, Dolores was a beacon of love and strength to those who had the privilege of knowing her.
The daughter of Domingq Lasoya, Dolores was raised in a close-knit family, learning the importance of compassion and resilience from an early age. She is predeceased by her deeply cherished family members, Cando Lasoya and Eddie Lasoya, who undoubtedly greeted her with open arms as she embarked on her eternal journey.
On June 7, 1993, Dolores married the love of her life, Robert Preston, in a union that would span three decades filled with unwavering love and partnership. Together, they built a beautiful life, nurturing their family and creating countless memories along the way.
Dolores is survived by her devoted husband, Robert, and her three loving children, Adrian, Adam, and Andrew Rendon. She was also blessed with the joy of being a grandmother to one precious grandchild, who brought immense happiness to her days.
Dolores was a respected and trusted realtor, having served the Texan community since 2007 with dedication and integrity. Her professional journey was marked by her commitment to helping families find homes where they could create their own cherished memories. Her colleagues and clients alike admired her work ethic and genuine care for others.
The family will hold a service to honor Dolores's remarkable life at the Hughes Family Tribute Center, located at 9700 Webb Chapel Rd, Dallas, TX. The service will commence at 10:30, where family and friends are invited to come together to celebrate the enduring legacy she leaves behind.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity close to Dolores's heart. Her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her, and in the memories of the countless lives she touched.
Dolores Lasoya will be remembered for her warmth, her unwavering love for her family, and her remarkable ability to make everyone feel at home. She leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and kindness that will continue to inspire all who knew her.
