Doctrez Antro Harris

March 1, 1999 — May 31, 2026

It is with profound sorrow and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved Doctrez Antro Harris, who departed this world on May 31, 2026, at the age of 27. Born on March 1, 1999, in the welcoming town of Florence, South Carolina, Doctrez was the cherished son of Jennifer and Anthony Harris. Doctrez's life was a testament to love, resilience, and the enduring spirit of family. He grew up surrounded by the warmth and laughter of his large and loving family. A proud graduate of Lee Central High School's Class of 2018 in Bishopville, South Carolina, Doctrez was known for his kindness, his infectious smile, and his unwavering dedication to those he held dear. Throughout his life, Doctrez was a beacon of joy and inspiration to all who knew him. His presence was a gift, his laughter a melody that could lift the heaviest of spirits. He was a devoted brother to his five sisters—Tanasia Parker of Bishopville, Tykeyla and Tykayla Harris of Bishopville, Diamond Simon and Kiarra Fouture of Lamar—and his two brothers, Deandre of Myrtle Beach and Rashad Wilson of Camden. His siblings were not only his family but also his best friends, with whom he shared countless cherished memories. Doctrez leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue to thrive in the hearts of his family and friends. His life was a beautiful tapestry woven with threads of kindness, humor, and compassion. Though his earthly journey was brief, the impact he made was profound and everlasting. He was predeceased by his dear grandmother, Gladys Boyd, whose love and wisdom shaped much of who Doctrez was. In his passing, we find solace in the thought that he is now reunited with her in a place of eternal peace. As we mourn the loss of Doctrez, we also celebrate the light he brought into our lives. He taught us the importance of cherishing each moment, of embracing those we love, and of living life with purpose and passion. Though he is no longer with us in body, his spirit will forever illuminate our hearts. A memorial service to honor Doctrez's life will be held, where family and friends will gather to pay tribute to a remarkable young man who touched so many lives. As we come together in remembrance, let us hold onto the love he freely gave and the joy he spread, ensuring that his memory will live on in our hearts. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Doctrez's memory to a charity of your choice, reflecting his generous spirit and commitment to helping others. Doctrez Antro Harris will be deeply missed but never forgotten. His legacy of love will endure, reminding us all of the extraordinary impact one kind soul can have. Rest in peace, dear Doctrez, knowing that you were, and always will be, profoundly loved.
