Dion was the cherished son of Aaron Carter and the late Kimberly Howard, who together instilled in him the values of love, compassion, and resilience. He is predeceased by his mother, Kimberly Howard, and his sister, Danielle Carter, whose memories he held dear to his heart. Dion is survived by his three treasured daughters, Te’Azyah, Madison, and Zoey, who were the light of his life. He leaves behind a host of siblings, nephews, nieces, and countless others who were touched by his warmth and generosity. An alumnus of Farris State University, Dion pursued studies in counseling, demonstrating his deep commitment to helping others. This passion led him to work as a care coordinator, where he dedicated his career to improving the lives of those around him. His calling also led him to the ministry, where he was an active member of his church, volunteering countless hours to uplift and support his community. Dion was a man of diverse interests and talents. He found joy and solace in reading and writing, pursuits that allowed him to explore the depths of human experience and express his own soul. He was a lover of words and stories, always eager to share a book recommendation or a piece of his own writing with those he loved. Family was paramount to Dion. He had a unique gift for making everyone feel like they were part of his family, extending his circle of love far beyond bloodlines. His generous spirit, infectious laughter, and unwavering support were constants in the lives of those who had the privilege of knowing him. A private funeral ceremony will be held to honor and celebrate Dion's life, in accordance with his family's wishes. While his physical presence will be deeply missed, the legacy of love and kindness he leaves behind will continue to inspire and guide those who knew him. The family of Dion Carter expresses their heartfelt gratitude for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time.
