Dianna left this world peacefully on March 6, 2026, at the age of 68, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her loving family in her final moments, a testament to the deep and lasting bonds she cultivated throughout her life. Born on December 6, 1957, in Boaz, Alabama, Dianna was the cherished daughter of Jeffery and Tina Stephens. Her childhood was spent in the warm embrace of her family, who instilled in her the values of kindness, resilience, and a deep appreciation for life. Dianna carried these values with her throughout her life, touching the hearts of everyone she encountered. Dianna shared a beautiful and enduring love story with her late husband, I.D. Stephens. Their marriage was a true partnership, marked by 40 years of joy, laughter, and unwavering support for one another. Even after I.D.'s passing, Dianna continued to live with a heart full of love, honoring his memory by cherishing every moment and enriching the lives of those around her. A devoted mother, Dianna is survived by her children, Jeffery Stephens Jr. and Sandy Stephens, who were the light of her life. She took immense pride in their accomplishments and was their constant cheerleader, providing guidance and love through all of life’s challenges and triumphs. Dianna's legacy extends through her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who will forever carry forward the lessons of love, strength, and compassion she imparted. Her family was her greatest source of pride and joy, and she found immense happiness in watching them grow and thrive. Dianna had a remarkable ability to make those around her feel valued and loved. Her spirit of generosity and warmth touched the lives of many, whether through her volunteer work, her active participation in community activities, or her open-hearted hospitality. She had a unique gift for making everyone she met feel like family. In accordance with her wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held to celebrate Dianna's life, reflecting the intimate and personal way she chose to share her journey with those she loved most. As we bid farewell to Dianna, we carry forward her legacy of love, kindness, and resilience. She leaves behind a world that is better for having had her in it, and she will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
