It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Diana Lee Miller, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend. Diana was born on June 7, 1940, in Beemer, Nebraska, to Damon and Gertrude Rosburg. She passed away peacefully on September 17, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Diana was a woman of grace and strength, known for her warm smile and generous spirit. She grew up in a close-knit family with her brothers Jared and Dennis Rosburg, who have both predeceased her. In addition to her brothers, Diana was preceded in death by her dear husband, Eugene Miller, and her cherished daughter, Shelly Ann Miller. Diana's career as a bank teller at Wells Fargo spanned 18 years, where she was admired by colleagues and customers alike for her dedication and kindness. Her work was more than a job; it was an opportunity to connect with her community, a value she held dearly throughout her life. Her passions extended beyond her professional life. Diana was an avid collector of Hummel plates and figurines, each telling a story that she would lovingly share with family and friends. She also found great joy in knitting, crocheting, and needlepoint, creating beautiful pieces that have become treasured family heirlooms. Diana's greatest pride and joy were her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her son, David Gene Miller and his wife Ginny; her daughter, Julie Ann Halle and her husband Walter; and her son, Shawn Michael Miller and his partner Jeanne. She was a devoted grandmother to her four grandchildren: Matthew Ellis and his wife Miah, Joshua Ellis and his partner Forest, Brady Ellis and his wife Celine, and Anna Nuzzo and her husband Scott. Diana's love for her family knew no bounds, and her legacy lives on in the hearts of those she touched. Diana’s life was a testament to love, resilience, and the power of family. Her kindness and compassion were unmatched, and she leaves behind a legacy of love that will be cherished by all who knew her. A private family service will be held to honor her memory. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Diana's name to a charity of your choice, reflecting her spirit of giving and community. Diana will be dearly missed but never forgotten, as her life and love continue to inspire all who knew her.
