With heavy hearts and cherished memories, we announce the passing of Dennis Michael Seigler, a beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend, who left this world on February 17, 2026. Born on May 29, 1942, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Dennis lived a full and vibrant life, deeply enriching the lives of those who were privileged to know him.
Dennis was the son of Gertrude and Donald Seigler, who instilled in him values of hard work, integrity, and family devotion. He is predeceased by his loving wife, Donna Seigler, with whom he shared a beautiful marriage that began on October 13, 1962. Their union was a testament to enduring love and partnership, and their legacy continues through their daughters: Cindy Charn, Kimberly Richardson, and Colleen Zillmer.
Dennis was a dedicated and loyal employee of 3M for 35 years, primarily contributing to the tape manufacturing division. His colleagues and friends remember him as a man of great diligence and a kind spirit, always willing to lend a hand or share a moment of laughter.
An avid outdoorsman, Dennis found joy in taking his family to Park Rapids, where fishing and other outdoor activities created lasting memories. His love for the outdoors extended to his yard at his Lake Elmo home, which he maintained with pride and care. Weekends often found him indulging in his passion for trap shooting, a hobby he shared with both friends and family through memberships in two gun clubs.
After retiring, Dennis embraced the joys of travel, particularly relishing winters spent in Mazatlan, Mexico, where the warmth of the sun mirrored the warmth of his spirit. His adventures often included trips to casinos, where his laughter and camaraderie with friends filled the air.
Dennis leaves behind a loving family to honor his memory: his daughters Cindy, Kimberly, and Colleen, his brother Gerald, and sisters Dawn and Shari, along with six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren who were the light of his life. His family was his greatest pride, and each moment shared with them was a treasured gift.
In addition to his immediate family, Dennis is remembered by many friends and extended family, all of whom will miss his gentle humor, wisdom, and unwavering support. Predeceased by his parents and son-in-law Jeffrey Charn, Dennis now joins them in eternal rest.
A private ceremony will be held to celebrate Dennis's life, where those closest to him will gather to honor his memory and the indelible mark he left on their hearts. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memories be shared and kindness extended in his honor, reflecting the generous spirit Dennis embodied throughout his life.
Dennis Michael Seigler will be deeply missed but never forgotten, as his legacy of love and kindness continues to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know him.
