De’Myri Moses Gould

With immeasurable sadness and hearts full of cherished memories, we announce the untimely passing of our beloved De’Myri Moses Gould. Born on January 25, 2023, in Duluth, Georgia, De’Myri graced this world with his radiant presence until his sudden departure on July 13, 2026. Though his time with us was brief, De’Myri's impact was profound, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him. A precious son to Tyquandra Gould and Kenan Carstarphen, De’Myri was a beacon of joy and love. His laughter and boundless energy could light up any room, and his enthusiasm for life was infectious. A pre-k student, he was just beginning to explore the world, eagerly engaging with everything around him. His love for soccer, basketball, and baseball was evident; he was always on the move, whether riding his scooter or playing with his vast collection of toys. De’Myri was a child who embraced life with open arms. His happiness was contagious, and his affectionate nature made him a cherished companion to his family and friends. He was known for his unwavering love for his mommy and family, a love that he carried with him in every smile and every moment shared. Though his life was tragically cut short, De’Myri joins his predeceased grandparents, aunt, uncle, cousin, and other cherished family members and friends in eternal peace. He is now in a place where joy knows no bounds, and his spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him. Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by De’Myri are invited to celebrate his life at a service to be held on July 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM. The gathering will take place at Gregory and Leavitt Funeral Home, located at 914 Scenic Highway. It will be an opportunity to remember and honor the beautiful life De’Myri lived and the happiness he brought into our lives. De’Myri Moses Gould may have left this world, but his memory will forever be a source of light and love. His joyful spirit will continue to inspire us all, reminding us of the purity and innocence that he embodied every day of his life.
