She was the cherished wife of Robert Morgan and the loving mother of Amanda Ragsdale of Carthage, MS, and Avery (Tracey) Kelly of Jackson, MS. Debra's family was her pride and joy, and she was blessed with four wonderful grandchildren who brought immense happiness to her life. Growing up in Ruleville, Debra graduated from Ruleville Central High School and furthered her education in social skills at Job Corps. Debra was a devout member of the Mount Lion Missionary Baptist Church, where she found solace, community, and purpose.
