Born in the scenic town of Casper, Wyoming, on November 7, 1960, Debbie's life was a testament to the beauty found in the simple joys and the love she shared with those around her. Debbie was the cherished daughter of Esther and Donald Johnson, who preceded her in death, along with her beloved sister, Cathy Houck, and dear cousins, Bill and Jesse. Her legacy of love and kindness continues to shine brightly through her surviving family: her devoted husband of 40 years, Saul Martinez, her loving sons, Mario and Lorenzo Gutierrez, her adoring grandchildren, Deysha and Alonzo Gutierrez, and her precious great-granddaughter, Olivia Banuelos. She is also survived by her sister, Lori Krell, who shared many cherished memories and moments with her. Throughout her life, Debbie found beauty and inspiration in the world around her. Her artistic spirit flourished through her painting, where she captured the majesty of mountain landscapes and the gentle grace of animals on canvas. Her garden was a sanctuary of peace and happiness, where she lovingly tended to her vegetables and shared the bounty with her family. The warmth of her love was felt most profoundly through the meals she lovingly prepared, bringing her family together around the table to share stories and laughter. Debbie had a unique appreciation for the small wonders of nature, particularly in her collection of beautiful rocks. Whether it was discovering a unique stone, admiring the beauty of the mountains, or creating a masterpiece with her paint brush, Debbie found profound joy in these simple pleasures. The memories of Debbie will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew her. Her life was a collection of beautiful moments that continue to inspire and comfort us. Though she is no longer with us, the love she gave and the memories she created remain a precious treasure for her family to hold dear.
