Debra Beavers

June 11, 1950 — April 20, 2026

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Debra Beavers, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many, who left this world on April 20, 2026. Surrounded by the love of her family, Debra slipped away quietly at her home, leaving behind an enduring legacy of warmth, laughter, and compassion. Debra was born on June 11, 1954, in Dundalk, Maryland, to Edd Frye and Joyce Hinckle. She was welcomed into the world with love and grew up in a family that taught her the importance of kindness and community. Her mother, Joyce, and her brother, Gary Frye, who predeceased her, were among the many cherished family members who helped shape Debra into the remarkable woman she became. Also preceding her in death were her grandmother Virginia, and numerous beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins. A proud graduate of Seton Catholic High School in 1972, Debra was a dedicated student known for her infectious laugh and willingness to lend a helping hand to those in need. Those qualities followed her throughout her life, leading to a successful and fulfilling career as an insurance agent with AAA. Debra retired with pride, having made a lasting impact on both her colleagues and clients, who often spoke of her ability to bring cheer and comfort into their lives. On September 23, 1972, Debra married the love of her life, Eugene Joseph Beavers. Their union was a testament to enduring love and partnership, lasting a beautiful 59 years. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Dustin and Noelle, who were the light of her life. Debra's nurturing spirit extended to her role as a grandmother to Brionna and Jayda Beavers, who adored her just as much as she cherished them. Debra's home was always filled with laughter, warmth, and the gentle purring of her beloved cats, whom she adored and cared for with all her heart. Her love for animals was just one of the many ways she expressed her gentle and loving nature. Those who knew Debra will remember her for her incredible sense of humor, her ability to bring joy to any room, and her unwavering readiness to help anyone in need. Her generosity and kindness left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her. Debra is survived by her devoted husband, Eugene, her children Dustin Beavers and Noelle Beavers Kirby, her son-in-law Brandon Kirby, and her precious granddaughters, Brionna and Jayda. Her memory will live on through them and through the countless lives she touched with her grace and laughter. As we say goodbye to Debra Beavers, we celebrate a life filled with love, laughter, and selfless giving. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered with love in the hearts of those she leaves behind. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the local animal shelter in Debra's honor, as a tribute to her love for animals and her generous spirit.
