Born on July 3, 1951, in the vibrant city of Atlanta, Georgia at Grady Memorial Hospital. Debbie was a beacon of love and joy, a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a cherished friend to many. Her warmth and kindness touched the hearts of everyone she met, and her legacy will forever inspire those she leaves behind.
Debbie was born to Helen and Mason Harper Jr., who instilled in her a strong sense of family and community. She grew up in a household filled with laughter and love, alongside her brothers, Marion and Mason Harper, who predeceased her. She was also preceded in death by her beloved grandmother, Johnnie Lou Gaither Harris, and grandfather Marion Gaither also nephews Mason, Brian, and Andwew whose wisdom and grace she carried with her throughout her life.
A dedicated mother, Debbie raised her children, Sean C. Robinson and Tamika Stewart Gresham, with endless love and unwavering support. She nurtured them with the same compassion and care she showed to everyone she met. Her children remember her as a guiding light, one who always encouraged them to pursue their dreams and live life to the fullest.
Debbie's heart swelled with pride for her four cherished grandchildren, G. George Jr., Seantay, Chrisean, and Breseanna, who brought immense joy to her life. Her legacy of love continues to blossom through her great-grandchild, Phynix, whose laughter and innocence brought her endless delight.
She is survived by her dear mother, Helen Gaither Harper, whose strength and resilience have been a constant source of inspiration. Her loving family also includes her nephews Karmon, Christopher, and Harrison, and her niece Londyn, all of whom held a special place in her heart.
Debbie's life was a testament to the power of love, family, and community. Her generous spirit and compassionate nature were evident in the countless lives she touched. Whether through her work, her volunteer efforts, or her everyday interactions, Debbie's presence illuminated the lives of those around her.
