Deandre was born on January 7, 1992, in Tampa, Florida, and departed this world far too soon on April 21, 2026, at the age of 34. Deandre was the cherished son of Christine Nelson and Rudolph Dawson, who raised him with love, strength, and unwavering support. Growing up in Tampa, Deandre was known for his infectious smile, boundless energy, and kind heart. He was a proud graduate of Jefferson High School, where he made lifelong friends and developed a passion for helping others. Deandre was a devoted father to his two sons, Deandre Dawson Jr. and Deshawn Dawson. He took immense pride in watching them grow, instilling in them the values of respect, perseverance, and kindness. Deandre's love for his sons was immeasurable, and he dedicated his life to ensuring their happiness and success. As a brother, Deandre shared a close bond with Rudolph Dawson. They were more than siblings; they were confidants and allies in all of life's adventures. The memories they created together will be cherished forever. Deandre's legacy is one of devotion to family and an unwavering commitment to those he loved. His warmth, generosity, and gentle spirit touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He was a beacon of light, always willing to lend a helping hand or a listening ear. A service to honor and celebrate Deandre's life will be held on May 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, located at 4417 E Maine Street, Jacksonville, Florida. Family, friends, and all who were touched by Deandre's life are invited to join in this celebration of love, remembrance, and gratitude. Though Deandre has left this earthly realm, his spirit lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. As we say goodbye, let us carry forward the love, laughter, and joy he so freely shared.
