Born on July 19, 1998, in the city of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, De'Andre's life, though brief, was filled with moments that touched the hearts of many. De'Andre was the beloved son of the late Anne and Jerome Cousar, who predeceased him. He grew up in a home where love was abundant, and his parents nurtured his vibrant spirit. He graduated from Beaver Falls Senior High School, a place where he began to carve out his identity and forge friendships that would last a lifetime. A complex soul, De'Andre was a man who faced life's challenges with courage. He was candid about the mistakes he made and carried the weight of those experiences, striving to turn his life around. Despite his struggles, he possessed an undeniable charm and a disarming smile that could light up a room. He had an innate ability to make others laugh, and his laughter was infectious, creating cherished memories for those who knew him. De'Andre's greatest joy in life was his three beautiful children: Deandre Jr., Avamarie, and Jhavia. These precious lives were his guiding stars, and his love for them knew no bounds. Though he was never married, De'Andre often spoke of his desire to marry "one time and that's it." It was a dream unfulfilled, yet his heart remained full of love for those around him. He leaves behind his children, his parents, and a close-knit circle of family and friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.
