De'Andre was born on May 31, 1978, in Seattle, Washington, a city he cherished and called home throughout his life. De'Andre's life was a tapestry of love, laughter, and resilience, woven together by the family and friends who surrounded him. He was the cherished son of Grace Jefferson and Keith Jones, who nurtured his spirited nature and supported him through life's journey. De'Andre was also the loving father of De'Andre Jones, Jr., and was preceded in death by his precious daughter, Drevon Jones, whose memory he held dear until his final breath. A proud alumnus of Brighton Elementary, Meany Middle School, and Cleveland High School, De'Andre embraced his education with a curiosity that extended far beyond the classroom. His journey through life was marked by an unwavering dedication to his work, transitioning seamlessly from the construction and restaurant industries to becoming a valued laborer at Expeditors in Seattle. In every role he undertook, De'Andre demonstrated an exceptional work ethic and a commitment to excellence. Beyond his professional life, De'Andre was a man of diverse passions and interests. He found joy in making music and rapping, using his words to weave stories and connect with the hearts of those who listened. His creativity was a reflection of his vibrant personality and his ability to find beauty and rhythm in everyday life. De'Andre cherished the moments spent with his cousins and friends, for they were the tapestry of his social world, filled with laughter, shared memories, and unbreakable bonds. De'Andre's legacy is one of love and family, a testament to the strength of connections that withstand the test of time. He is survived by his beloved son, De'Andre Jones, Jr., and his devoted mother, Evonne Griffin. His sisters, Shakena Jones, Swansette Talbert, Shatoya Talbert, Shaquita Kemp, Sharvell Jefferson, Shana Jefferson, and Shataea Talbert, will forever hold him in their hearts, cherishing the memories they shared. While De'Andre's physical presence may be absent, his spirit continues to live on in the hearts of those who knew him. His laughter, kindness, and unwavering love will forever be remembered, as will the lessons he imparted through his generosity and compassion. Family and friends will gather to celebrate De'Andre's life and honor his legacy at a memorial service to be held at a later date.
