July 6, 1965 — May 11, 2026
It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Dean A. Emanuelson, a cherished son, brother, uncle, and friend. Dean left this world peacefully at his home on May 11, 2026, at the age of 60. He was born on July 6, 1965, in Concord, Massachusetts, where he spent a life filled with love, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to his family and community.
Dean was the beloved son of Diana L. (Jones) Emanuelson and the late Carl Emanuelson. Growing up in a close-knit family, Dean was instilled with strong values and a solid work ethic, which he carried with him throughout his life. Predeceased by his father, Carl, Dean will now join him in eternal rest.
Dean's educational journey began at Maynard High School, where he graduated in 1983. Following in his father's footsteps, he joined Emanuelson Plumbing and Heating, a family business that became his life's work. With determination and diligence, Dean earned his master's plumbing license, a testament to his skill and dedication to his craft. After Carl's retirement, Dean took over the business, continuing its legacy with the same passion and commitment his father had instilled in him.
Dean is survived by his devoted mother, Diana, who was his lifelong supporter and confidante. His brother, Ward, and sister-in-law, Susan, along with their children, will forever cherish the memories they created with their beloved Uncle Dean. His extended family and many friends who knew him as a kind-hearted and genuine soul will miss him dearly. Dean's estranged wife and her two sons also hold him in their thoughts, remembering the good times they once shared.
Throughout his life, Dean built enduring friendships, known for his generosity, warmth, and cheerful spirit. He had an innate ability to connect with people, making everyone he met feel valued and welcome. His laughter was infectious, and his presence brought comfort and joy to those around him.
Dean's love for his family was boundless, and he treasured the time spent together during family gatherings, holidays, and special occasions. He was a man of simple pleasures, often found enjoying a quiet afternoon in his garden, a place where he found peace and contentment.
As we bid farewell to Dean, we are reminded of the impact he had on our lives. His legacy will live on in the hearts of those he touched, a testament to a life well-lived. We find solace in knowing that he is now reunited with his father, watching over us with love and pride.
