Born on June 8, 1967, in Huntsville, Alabama, Troy was the beloved son of John and Doris Campbell. His early years were spent in the nurturing environment of a close-knit family, where he developed a strong sense of love and commitment that would define his entire life.
Troy was a proud graduate of Butler High School, where he began to forge the path that would lead him to a fulfilling career. His professional journey started as a machinist, a role that allowed him to harness his natural problem-solving skills and attention to detail. With determination and hard work, Troy transitioned into an office position at Yulista Management Company, where he made significant contributions and built lasting friendships.
In his personal life, Troy was blessed with a deep and abiding love. On January 1, 2001, he married Kim Duncan, embarking on a journey that would span 25 wonderful years. Together, they built a life full of laughter, love, and shared dreams. Troy was a devoted father to their two children, Colby and Nicole, who were the light of his life. He cherished every moment spent with them and took immense pride in their accomplishments.
Troy was known for his unwavering positivity and infectious happiness. His laughter was a source of joy to all who knew him, and his ability never to be in an ill mood was a testament to his optimistic outlook on life. He was a man who appreciated the simple pleasures, like watching his beloved Braves and Auburn Tigers play, and enjoyed long, meaningful conversations with his son after a good day of work.
Family was the cornerstone of Troy's life, and he shared a special bond with his parents, John and Doris Campbell. He was predeceased by his grandparents, John R. and Mauveline Campbell, and Richard and Eva Mae Johnson, who undoubtedly welcomed him with open arms.
