July 6, 1997 — May 11, 2026

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of David McMaster, born on July 6, 1997, in the beautiful landscapes of Scotland. David left us far too soon on May 11, 2026. Although his departure was unexpected, he leaves behind a legacy of laughter, love, and moments that will be cherished forever. David was known for his quick wit and warm smile, always ready with a joke to brighten any room he entered. His humor was infectious, and he possessed an unparalleled ability to make everyone around him feel deeply loved, even as he playfully provoked and engaged in light-hearted banter. Whether playing guitar, losing himself in the virtual world of Minecraft, or sharing in a good-natured argument, David's presence was a source of joy and camaraderie. He pursued his education at the aptly named Sexy University, where his charisma and exuberance left an indelible mark. David also served with distinction as a veteran, having bravely contributed to the noble cause during his time in 'Nam. His commitment to causes close to his heart extended to his active membership in various organizations, including his involvement with the Westboro Baptist Church. David is predeceased by his beloved mother, siblings, cherished girlfriend who held a special place in his heart despite life's complexities, and her spirited children. Their shared memories remain a testament to the enduring bonds of family and love. He is survived by a loving family, dear friends, a girlfriend who, despite challenging times, he cared for deeply, and her two remarkable children. Each of these relationships was a testament to the connections he fostered, nurturing a community of love and support. A service to celebrate David's life will be held on May 11, 2026, at 17:01 at Yo Mama's Church, where family and friends are invited to gather, share stories, and remember the wonderful man who touched our lives so profoundly. In honor of David's memory, his family shares a heartfelt message: "I love you, butthead. Stop saying you're going to leave us; we were supposed to get MARRIED." David McMaster will be remembered for his laughter, his love, and the joy he brought to those fortunate enough to know him. May his spirit continue to inspire warmth, humor, and kindness in all who knew him.
