Darryl Norman DiMascio

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Darryl Norman DiMascio, who departed this world unexpectedly on September 6, 2026, after a sudden heart failure. Born on July 3, 1963, in Rochester, New York, Darryl was the son of William McKnight and the late Dorothy DiMascio. He cherished his roots and often spoke of his mother's influence on his life. Darryl married Veronica Vierra, the only woman he ever brought home to meet his mother. Their children, Darius, Dimone, Destyny, and Dustyn were the pride of his life. Darryl is also survived by his two loving sisters, Dawn and Denise, and his cherished nephews, Derrick In the last years of his life, Darryl worked with dedication at Papa John's, where he formed deep bonds with his coworkers, whom he regarded as an extended family. Darryl had a remarkable mechanical aptitude, often found with hands greased disassembling and reassembling vehicles In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Darryl's memory to the family to help with expenses Darryl Norman DiMascio will be deeply missed.
