Darryl was the cherished son of the late Nolan and Lorraine Delatte. He was preceded in death by his dear brothers, Nolan Jr., Donald, and Gary, whose memories he carried with him always. Despite these profound losses, Darryl's spirit remained unbroken and his heart, ever-expanding.
For 30 beautiful years, Darryl shared his life with his devoted partner, Tami DeVaney. Their steadfast bond was a testament to the enduring power of love and partnership. Darryl's life was further enriched by the presence of his step-grandchildren, whom he adored immensely. Theresa Inman, with whom he shared an especially close and endearing relationship, was a source of immense joy and pride. William Porcheddu and Piero Porcheddu also held a special place in his heart, as he relished in their achievements and milestones.

He possessed a rare gift for turning ordinary moments into cherished memories, whether through his love of storytelling or his infectious laughter that could light up any room.
Darryl was a lover of nature, often finding solace in the quiet beauty of the outdoors. He believed in the simple pleasures of life and instilled this appreciation in those he loved. His legacy is one of kindness, resilience, and an unyielding belief in the goodness of humanity.
As we mourn the loss of Darryl, we also celebrate a life filled with love, laughter, and an unwavering dedication to family and friends. Though he is no longer with us, his spirit will remain a guiding light for those he leaves behind.
A memorial service to honor Darryl's life will be held on a date to be announced. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity close to Darryl's heart, in support of causes he held dear.
