It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Darren Cobb Frison, who departed this world peacefully at home on March 31, 2026, at the age of 62. Born in Fernandia Beach, Florida August 10, 1963, Darren was the cherished son of Inez E. Majors and Henry Williams, and the beloved sibling of Ava Lewis and Samantha Thompson. He was predeceased by his older brother, Carl Frison, whose memory Darren held dear throughout his life. Darren was a devoted father to his two daughters, Tasha Soliz and Iesha Soliz, who were the lights of his life. His legacy of love and kindness extends to his seven nieces and four nephews, who will always remember their uncle's infectious laughter and endless generosity. Darren was not only a treasured family member but also a cherished friend to many, including his coworkers at Duplicator Sales Company, where he worked as a janitor for over 5 years, and his close neighbor friends, Mark Nash and Sarah. Throughout his long and dedicated career at Duplicator Sales Company, located at 831 E. Broadway, Darren was known not only for his impeccable work ethic but also for his quick and warm smile and his ability to make everyone feel welcome and valued. His gift for lightening the mood with a well-timed joke endeared him to all who crossed his path. Outside of work, Darren found joy in his hobbies and interests. He had a true passion for gardening, often tending to his beloved plants and sharing the fruits of his labor with neighbors and family alike. His generosity knew no bounds, and his garden was a testament to his nurturing spirit. Darren also found great delight in playing darts, a game at which he excelled, earning two first-place trophies—a source of great pride and fond memories. Darren's life was a testament to kindness, generosity, and love. His ability to touch countless lives with his warmth and compassion will forever be remembered. He leaves behind a legacy of love that will be carried on by his family and friends. A private funeral service to honor Darren's life will be held on April 10, 2026, at 1:00 PM at 1259 south 2nd Street apt. 1. The family expresses their heartfelt gratitude to Duplicator Sales & Company and both old and new friends for their compassionate care and support during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages all to remember Darren by sharing kindness and warmth with those around them, just as he did. Forever in our hearts, Darren Cobb Frison will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
