In Loving Memory of Darren Wade Arment It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Darren Wade Arment, a cherished individual who touched the lives of many with his warmth, kindness, and unwavering devotion to his family. Darren passed away on May 7, 2026, in North Carolina, after bravely battling addiction. Born on January 19, 1970, Darren was a beacon of love and strength to all who had the privilege of knowing him. Darren was a beloved father, son, grandfather, uncle, and friend, whose greatest pride and joy were his children. He leaves behind his cherished daughters, Jessica Arment, Alyssa Arment, and Melissa Arment, and his beloved son, Christopher. His legacy of love continues through his six treasured grandchildren, who were the light of his life. Darren is also survived by his devoted mother, Linda Arment, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members who were blessed to be part of his world. Darren’s father, Edward Arment, preceded him in death, and we take comfort knowing they are reunited in peace. Darren will be remembered for his warm smile, generous heart, and the love he shared so freely with those around him. Known for his willingness to lend a helping hand, offer words of encouragement, or simply be present when someone needed him, Darren's strength, humor, and compassionate spirit touched countless lives. His legacy will continue to live on through everyone who loved him, and his memory will remain a guiding light in our lives. Though our hearts are heavy with his passing, we find solace in the enduring love he left behind and the memories we will cherish forever. Darren's spirit will live on in the kindness he shared, the love he gave, and the indelible impact he made on those fortunate enough to have known him. A Celebration of Darren's Life will be held on Friday, July 24, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor his life, share memories, and celebrate the legacy of a man who meant so much to so many. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to a charity supporting addiction recovery, in Darren's memory. "Those we love never truly leave us. They live on in the kindness they shared, the love they gave, and the memories we hold forever in our hearts." Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever remembered.
