His mother was his steadfast supporter, and together, they shared a bond that was both nurturing and inspiring. Though Darien has left us, he joins the loving embrace of family members who have passed before him in Tallahassee, Florida. A devoted father, Darien's world revolved around his beloved daughter, who is just 12 years old. He poured his heart into every moment spent with her, instilling in her the values of kindness, resilience, and the importance of family. His legacy will live on through her laughter and dreams, as she carries forward his spirit and love. Darien had a zest for life that was infectious. He was a man of many talents and passions, always eager to lend a helping hand or share a story that could light up a room. He was a friend to all, with a heart as expansive as the Florida skies. Though his time with us was far too short, Darien's impact on the lives he touched is immeasurable. His warmth, humor, and unwavering optimism will be dearly missed but forever cherished in the hearts of those who knew him. In honor of Darien’s life, a private funeral ceremony will be held. While we may not gather in a large assembly, we invite those who loved him to celebrate his memory in their own way, cherishing the happy times and the love he so freely gave. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Darien's name, as a tribute to his generous spirit and commitment to helping others.
