Danny was a devoted husband to his cherished wife, Gwendolyn Louise Thompson, with whom he shared 49 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they built a life full of love and laughter, setting an example of enduring partnership and devotion. Their journey together was one of mutual respect and profound love, a testament to their shared values and deep commitment to one another. He was a loving father to his son, Shawn Thompson, and daughter-in-law, Chelsea Thompson. Danny's unwavering support and guidance helped shape Shawn into the person he is today, and their bond was one of mutual admiration and respect. As a grandfather, Danny found immense joy and pride in his three grandchildren: Titan James Thompson, Odin Kendal Thompson, and Raylan Blake Leblanc.
