Born on July 13, 1985, in Detroit, Michigan, Daniel was a light in the lives of all who knew him, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unwavering faith. Daniel was the cherished son of Mary Lowe and was predeceased by his stepfather and uncle, whose memories he held dear. His life was enriched by the love and companionship of his devoted wife, Shania. Together, they shared a beautiful journey, marrying on December 27, 2025, after Daniel proposed in a romantic Christmas Eve setting in 2023. In their union, they lovingly raised three daughters: Jayda, Jessiah, and S’Mya, blending their families into one harmonious and joyful home. Education was important to Daniel, who graduated from Henry Ford High School in 2003. He pursued a path in massage therapy, yet found his true calling in serving others as a chauffeur. More than just a driver, Daniel was a source of comfort and kindness, offering a friendly smile and a listening ear to everyone he met. His work was a testament to his belief that every journey was an opportunity to make someone’s day brighter. A devoted member of the Refuge Cathedral of His Glory Church of God in Christ, Daniel's faith was the cornerstone of his life. He embraced his church community, finding strength in worship and fellowship, and aspiring to live a life that mirrored the love and grace of Christ. Daniel's interests and hobbies reflected his love for life and connection with others. Whether cheering on his favorite sports teams, experimenting with new recipes inspired by cooking shows, or turning his living room into a stage with his love for music, Daniel found joy in bringing people together. He was known for his culinary skills, especially his barbecues, where he used food as a means to express love and foster fellowship. Traveling and exploring new places brought Daniel immense joy, but his greatest happiness came from spending time with his family. Every shared meal, family gathering, and heartfelt conversation was a treasured moment, woven into the fabric of his loving legacy. Daniel's life will be celebrated in a service held at 10:00 AM on July 29, 2026, at the Refuge Cathedral of His Glory Church of God in Christ, located at 12227 Findlay, Detroit, MI 48205. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests donations be made to a charity of your choice, honoring Daniel's spirit of giving and care for others. Daniel leaves behind his devoted wife Shania, his loving mother Mary, his treasured daughter Jayda, his cherished stepdaughters Jessiah and S’Mya, his supportive younger brother Joseph, and a wide circle of family and friends who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.
