In Loving Memory

Daniel “Danny” Allen
March 13, 1974 — April 2, 2026
It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Daniel “Danny” Allen, a cherished soul who departed this world on April 2, 2026, in the quietude of his apartment following a stroke. Born on March 13, 1974, in Oakland Park, Florida, Danny brought light and laughter into the lives of everyone he encountered, leaving an indelible mark on many hearts.
Danny was the beloved son of David and Sharon Allen, who have predeceased him, alongside his brother, Eddie Allen, and sister, Kelly Allen. Though his family circle has seen its share of loss, Danny's spirit was ever buoyed by the love he shared with his surviving family members. He leaves behind his devoted son, Caleb Allen, who was the pride and joy of his life. He is also survived by his two nephews, Domingo Allen and Desmond, and his niece, Destiny Allen Dewese, each of whom held a special place in his heart.
A graduate of Sunfire High School in 1992, Danny carried his zest for life and learning into every endeavor. His love for the great outdoors was unparalleled, and he was an avid fisher who never missed an opening day. Whether casting a line or simply soaking in the beauty of nature, Danny found peace and joy in the simple pleasures of being outside, especially when surrounded by family.
Danny was a man of warmth and humor, known for his ability to bring laughter and joy to any room. His kindness was boundless, and he had an innate talent for making others feel appreciated and understood. Friends and family alike will remember him for his selflessness and his unwavering willingness to help anyone in need.
In keeping with Danny’s wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held to honor his life and legacy. While he may no longer walk among us, the memories and love he imparted remain a guiding light for those who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that those who wish to honor Danny’s memory consider spending a moment outdoors, casting a line, or sharing a laugh, in tribute to the man who loved life so dearly. His spirit endures in every smile, every shared story, and every act of kindness inspired by his example.
Rest in peace, dear Danny. You will be forever missed and lovingly remembered.
