D'Angelo Dandridge
June 26, 1976 — September 19, 2026
It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of D'Angelo Dandridge, a cherished son, devoted father, loving brother, and friend to many. D'Angelo was born on June 26, 1976, in the vibrant city of Pasadena, California, and departed this life on September 19, 2026, at the age of 50, after a courageous battle with kidney problems.
D'Angelo's life was a testament to resilience, love, and kindness. He was the beloved son of Dorothy Dandridge and the late Timble Dandridge, who preceded him in death along with his uncle, Jimmy Dandridge, grandmother Verlee Scott, and cousin Michael Brooks. D'Angelo is survived by his devoted mother, Dorothy, who was his guiding light and constant support throughout his life.
As a father, D'Angelo's greatest joy was his two daughters, Deanna and Kiara Dandridge, who he adored and cherished beyond measure. He leaves behind a legacy of love and strength for them to carry forward. His sister, Jasmine Dandridge, will forever remember him as a loving and protective brother, and his nephew, along with numerous relatives and friends, will miss his comforting presence and infectious laughter.
D'Angelo's educational journey began at Washington Elementary and continued through Pasadena High School, where he formed friendships that lasted a lifetime. His innate curiosity and passion for learning were evident in all that he did, inspiring those around him to pursue knowledge with the same fervor.
Family and friends are invited to honor D'Angelo's life and legacy at a memorial service to be held on October 17, 2026, at Washington Park, located at 700 E. Washington Blvd., Pasadena. It will be a time to celebrate the memories, share stories, and remember the ways in which D'Angelo touched so many lives.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice, in D'Angelo's memory, as a way to continue his legacy of generosity and compassion.
As we say our final goodbyes, we take comfort in knowing that D'Angelo is now at peace, reunited with his father and other loved ones who have gone before him. His spirit endures in the hearts of all who knew him, and he will be profoundly missed but never forgotten.
"Rest In Peace, D'Angelo." Your light will forever shine in our hearts.
