Born on January 26, 2010, in the sun-kissed town of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Damien's life, though brief, was marked by an extraordinary spirit of love, resilience, and an unwavering dedication to his family. Damien was the cherished son of Nichole and Michael Middlebrook, who preceded him in death, along with his dear sister Makayla, and his two brothers, Noah and Connor. Despite the heavy losses he endured in his young life, Damien's heart remained full of kindness and compassion, reflecting the love he received and shared so generously with those around him. From an early age, Damien found immense joy in the simplest of pleasures: being surrounded by family and lending a helping hand with his younger brothers. His nurturing spirit and gentle nature were a source of comfort and strength to those who knew him. Whether it was sharing a laugh, telling stories, or simply being present, Damien had an innate ability to make others feel valued and loved. The family will be holding a service to honor Damien's life on June 6, 2026, at his family home, located at 41 Bradford Lane, Taylorsville, NC 28681.
