Born on July 7, 1995, in Duluth, Minnesota, Damien was a spirited soul whose laughter and love touched many lives. Although the cause of his passing remains unknown, the impact he made on those around him is clear and enduring. Damien was the cherished son of Tina Hammons and the late Manuel Pimental, lovingly referred to as Manny. He was the beloved brother of Angelmarie and a future uncle, with a child expected to enter the world on December 2, 2026. His family was the cornerstone of his life, and there was nothing he treasured more than the time he spent with them. He is predeceased by his father Manny, his ex-girlfriend April, and his grandparents, who surely welcomed him with open arms on his journey beyond. A graduate of Virginia High School in Virginia, MN, Damien was known for his hardworking nature and commitment to his endeavors. His professional journey began humbly at McDonald's, evolved through his time at Kmart, and blossomed as he served as a cook at BGS Bar and Grill with warmth and enthusiasm. Most notably, he dedicated his later career to the care and wellbeing of the elderly and disabled at DRCC, where his compassion and kindness shone brightly. Damien was a man of simple pleasures. He found joy in the soothing melodies of music, the art of cooking, and the company of his loved ones. His goofiness and unique personality were infectious, ensuring there was never a dull moment in his presence. He had an uncanny ability to bring light to any gathering, leaving a trail of smiles in his wake. Though he enjoyed the occasional indulgence of smoking weed, it was his deep love for his friends and family that defined him. Damien was a good dad during his time, and his legacy will live on through his child, who will undoubtedly inherit his vibrant spirit and loving heart. The Hammons family will hold a private ceremony to honor Damien's life, keeping the celebration intimate and filled with the love he so freely gave. Though he is gone from our sight, his memory will forever remain in our hearts. Damien will always be missed but never forgotten, his spirit living on in the stories we share and the lives he touched.
