Dalvin Dominique Gomillion
January 28, 1992 — April 20, 2026
With profound sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved Dalvin Dominique Gomillion, who left this world on April 20, 2026, after a courageous battle with kidney disease. Dalvin was born on January 28, 1992, in Olney, Maryland, the cherished son of Monique Gomillion and Victor Pearson.
Dalvin grew up in Olney, surrounded by a loving family that nurtured his many talents and vivacious spirit. He was a proud graduate of The Pathways School, where he not only excelled academically but also began to explore his passion for art and creativity.
An exceptionally talented artist, Dalvin found joy and solace in sketching and painting, often losing himself in the strokes of his brush and the lines of his pencil. His works were a reflection of the world he saw—full of life, color, and emotion. His art was just one of the many ways he touched the hearts of those around him.
Dalvin was an extraordinary cook who loved to entertain. His kitchen was a place of warmth and laughter, where friends and family would gather to enjoy his culinary creations. He had a knack for making everyone feel welcomed, his home a sanctuary of joy and togetherness.
Those who had the privilege of knowing Dalvin will remember his generous heart and magnetic personality. An extrovert by nature, he had an uncanny ability to light up a room with his infectious energy and radiant smile. He was a friend to all, offering a listening ear and a comforting presence to those in need.
Dalvin leaves behind a devoted family, including his parents, Monique Gomillion and Victor Pearson, his siblings Demetrius Gomillion, Preston Joyce, and Dillon Gomillion, and his dear relatives Samatrai Joyce and Thomas Nottage. He was a beloved son, brother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff at CCI for their unwavering care and support during Dalvin's final days. Their kindness and dedication brought comfort to Dalvin and his loved ones at a time when it was needed most.
In this time of mourning, we find solace in the memories we shared with Dalvin and the indelible mark he left on our lives. He will forever remain in our hearts, a guiding light of love and inspiration.
A celebration of Dalvin's life will be held at a later date, where friends and family will come together to honor his remarkable journey and the beautiful legacy he leaves behind. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in memory of Dalvin's generous spirit.
Dalvin Dominique Gomillion—our artist, our chef, our joy—may you rest in peace, forever loved and remembered.
