Dale was born on July 11th, 1956, in the serene town of Santa Clara, California, to his loving parents, Richard and Darlene Oates. Dale was a beacon of warmth and kindness, known for his unwavering strength and gentle spirit. He was a man who truly embodied the virtues of compassion and resilience, leaving an indelible mark on everyone he met. His life's journey was one of dedication, love, and unwavering commitment to his family, friends, and community. Dale was preceded in death by his cherished mother, Darlene, whose memory he held close to his heart. He is survived by his devoted wife, Traci Oates, who stood by his side with love and support through every step of their shared journey. Their bond was one of deep affection and mutual respect, a love story that inspired all who knew them. A celebration of Dale's life will be held on June 14th, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Oates family home located at 4510 Peaceful Glen Road, Vacaville. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor a life well-lived, to share stories, and to remember the joy and laughter Dale brought into their lives. Dale's legacy lives on in the hearts of those he touched with his kindness, his dedication to his family, and the strength he demonstrated even in the face of adversity. Though he is no longer with us in body, his spirit will continue to guide and inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him.
