Dale was a beacon of warmth and kindness, known for his unwavering strength and gentle spirit. Dale was preceded in death by his cherished mother, Darlene, whose memory he held close to his heart. A celebration of Dale's life will be held on June 14th, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Oates family home located at 4510 Peaceful Glen Road, Vacaville. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor a life well-lived, to share stories, and to remember the joy and laughter Dale brought into their lives.
