Dala Mutz

In loving memory, we celebrate the life of Dala Mutz, a cherished soul who was born on August 25, 1964, in Pauls Valley. She departed this world on September 28, 2026, surrounded by those who will honor and cherish her forever. Her remarkable journey through life was marked by a deep love for her family, unwavering kindness, and a spirit that touched everyone she met. Dala was the beloved daughter of Dale Dobbins and Lessie Engle. She was predeceased by her dear mother, Lessie Engle; her father-in-laws, Jerry Mutz and David Draper; her sister, Cyndy Mathis; and her grandson, Liam Blake, who was welcomed into Heaven before she could know him. Her legacy, however, lives on through her devoted husband of 41 years, Marty Mutz, with whom she shared a beautiful life. Together with Marty, Dala built a loving family and raised two wonderful children, Blake and Stevie, who carry forward her legacy of love and warmth. Blake and his wife, Ashley Mutz, and Stevie and her husband, Tanner Collins, blessed Dala with two treasured grandchildren, Grant Lee and Alanys Jade, who brought immense joy to her life. Dala is also survived by her father, Dale Dobbins; her mother-in-law, Glenda Draper; her brother, John Winget; and her sister, Nikki Engle. In addition to her close-knit family, she leaves behind a host of extended family and dearest friends, all of whom enriched her life in countless ways. Her life will be celebrated at a service on October 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Riley-Walker Funeral Home, located at 201 E. 45th Street, Shawnee, OK 74804. Family and friends are invited to gather and pay their respects, sharing memories and honoring a life well-lived.
