Raised by her foster parents, Jessica Starnes and Amber Price Starnes, Dakota was a cherished daughter. Despite the challenges she faced, her capacity for love and forgiveness was boundless, a true reflection of her gentle spirit. A service to celebrate Dakota's life will be held on April 27, 2026, at 5:17 PM at The Grove Baptist Church, where she found so much joy. The address is blah blah.
