Washington, where he cultivated a lifelong love for learning. One of Dad's greatest passions was fishing. He found peace and joy in the serene embrace of nature, often casting his line into the water with a quiet reverence for the world around him. His love for the outdoors was rivaled only by his devotion to farming and gardening—a hobby that not only provided sustenance but also brought him immense joy and satisfaction. A devout member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, Dad's faith was a cornerstone of his life. He found strength and solace in his spiritual journey, offering guidance and support to those in need. Dad's legacy is deeply rooted in the love he shared with his family. He was predeceased by his cherished wife, Mary Priester, and his dear son, Joseph Priester Sr., whose memories he held close to his heart.
