Cynthia Hine
August 18, 1961 — April 26, 2026
It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Cynthia Hine, who departed this world on April 26, 2026. Born on August 18, 1961, in Houston, Texas, Cynthia was a beacon of warmth and love, touching the lives of everyone she met. She passed peacefully in her home, surrounded by the love of her family.
Cynthia was the cherished daughter of Ernestine and Leroy Marburger, who preceded her in death, along with her brothers Terry, Harold, and Kenny Marburger, her sister Sandra Marburger, and her grandson Trevor Hine. Despite these losses, Cynthia's spirit remained unyielding, her heart ever open to the world around her.
A devoted mother, Cynthia leaves behind her five cherished children: Tiana, TaCora, Trava, Sara, and Laura. Her legacy lives on in her ten grandchildren, Trinity, Trace, Tabytha, Tegan, Trent, Tessa, Torrey, Thedra, Tyler, and Trae, who were the light of her life. Cynthia's love for her family was boundless, and she found her greatest joy in the time spent with them.
Cynthia was a woman of many passions. She delighted in the simple pleasures of life, whether it was hanging out with her grandchildren, engaging in late-night conversations with her daughters, or taking spontaneous road trips to explore new places. Her adventurous spirit and curiosity for the world were matched only by her love for digging in the dirt, a pastime she found both grounding and inspiring.
An avid collector of trinkets, Cynthia was known for her eclectic treasures, each piece a testament to her vibrant personality and the stories she loved to tell. Her home was a reflection of her generous soul, filled with laughter, warmth, and the occasional game of cards with family and friends. Cynthia's joy was infectious, her laughter a melody that resonated in the hearts of all who knew her.
Her dogs, constant companions in her journey through life, brought her endless amusement and comfort, providing her with companionship and unconditional love. Cynthia's life was a tapestry woven with love, a testament to her giving heart and encouraging words, always ready to answer a late-night phone call or offer a kind word of support.
Cynthia’s memory will forever be cherished by her family and friends, who found in her a source of strength and inspiration. Her legacy is one of love, compassion, and an unyielding zest for life. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit lives on in the hearts of those she touched.
A celebration of Cynthia's life will be held in her honor, where family and friends will gather to remember the extraordinary woman she was and the indelible mark she left on the world. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a charity of choice, in keeping with Cynthia's lifelong commitment to helping others.
Cynthia Hine will be deeply missed, but her spirit will continue to illuminate the lives of those she leaves behind. May her memory be a blessing and her soul find eternal peace.
