Corey Milosky February 10, 1985 - June 1, 2026 With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we announce the untimely passing of Corey Milosky, who departed from this world on June 1, 2026, following a sudden workplace accident. Corey, a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, was born on February 10, 1985, in the serene landscapes of North Carolina, a place he cherished and called home his entire life. Corey was greeted in heaven by his father, Christopher Milosky, and his brother, Justice Milosky, leaving behind a remarkable legacy of love and laughter. He is survived by his devoted mother, Leslie Milosky, who was a constant pillar of support throughout his life; his cherished sister, Marion Brown, and her husband, Vincent Culhane, alongside their two wonderful children, Benjamin and Donovan, who adored their Uncle Corey. Corey’s professional journey was one of dedication and perseverance. At the tender age of 17, he embarked on his career as a factory lineman, driven by an unwavering work ethic and determination. Over the years, his steadfast commitment and extraordinary leadership skills saw him rise to the position of operations manager, a role in which he excelled and took immense pride. For over two decades, Corey was an active and cherished member of the Scotts Hill Baptist Church community. His faith was a guiding light, and he found solace in the warmth of the congregation. Beyond his professional achievements, Corey was a man of many passions. An avid fisherman, he found tranquility in the gentle sway of the waters and the thrill of the catch. He was equally enthusiastic about mudding and the great outdoors, relishing the freedom of camping trips that allowed him to connect with nature and spend cherished moments with his family. Corey’s quick wit and warm smile were infectious, capable of brightening the darkest of days. Known for his humor, he had an unparalleled ability to make those around him laugh, often lifting spirits with a well-timed joke. He was a beacon of positivity, whose presence will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. A celebration of Corey’s life will take place on June 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM, at the Scotts Hill Baptist Church, located at 185 Scotts Hill Loop Rd, Wilmington, NC 28411. Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by Corey are invited to gather and honor the memory of a remarkable man who lived life to its fullest and left an indelible mark on the hearts of many. Though Corey’s time with us was far too brief, his spirit will continue to guide and inspire those who knew him. His legacy of laughter, love, and kindness will forever be cherished, and his memory will live on in the stories we share and the lives he touched.
