Born on June 21, 1963, in the vibrant town of Calasiao in Pangasinan, Philippines, Corazon's life was a testament to kindness, love, and unwavering dedication to her family and community.
Corazon was the cherished daughter of the late Pablo and Felicidad Paramio and was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ruben Dimatulac, with whom she shared over 35 years of marriage filled with love, laughter, and countless cherished memories. Together, they raised four beautiful children who were the light of her life: Margarita, Kevin, Manuel, and John Paul. Her sister, Virginia Thompson, continues to carry forward the family legacy.
A devoted employee of LBC Express for 38 remarkable years, Corazon exemplified dedication, integrity, and a spirit of service. Her career as a courier was marked by her commitment to the Filipino community, where she was known for her reliability and warm demeanor.
Corazon's faith was an integral part of her life. As an active member of St. Columban Church, Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Precious Blood Church, and Our Lady of Loretto Catholic Church for over two decades, she found deep joy in her service. Her melodious voice graced the choirs of these churches, with a special dedication to St. Columban Church since 2006. Her fellow parishioners will forever remember her as the voice that lifted spirits and brought people together in harmony.
In her personal life, Corazon found joy in the simple pleasures. Her vegetable garden was her sanctuary, where she nurtured calamansi, lemons, and tomatoes, sharing the fruits of her labor generously with neighbors. Her love for travel and singing was infectious, and she cherished every moment spent with friends and family exploring new places and creating lasting memories.
Corazon was known far and wide for her kind heart and charming smile. She had an innate gift for making everyone feel welcome and valued, often lightening the mood with a well-timed joke. Her kindness and generosity left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A service to celebrate Corazon's life will be held on May 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM at St. Columban Church, located at 125 Loma Dr, Los Angeles, 90026. The family extends their deepest gratitude to the compassionate staff of St. Columban Church for their unwavering support and dedication in commemorating Corazon's enduring legacy.
