Davis, a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, who left this world peacefully at home on April 24, 2026. Born on July 3, 1984, in Rock Island, Illinois, Consuela was a beacon of light and warmth to all who had the privilege of knowing her. Consuela was the cherished daughter of Jonathan and Vanessa Davis. Her family roots were deeply planted in love and compassion, values that she carried throughout her life. Preceded in death by her beloved brother, John Davis, she is now reunited with him, bringing solace to those left behind. She is survived by her devoted husband, Major Davis, with whom she shared a beautiful life together since their marriage on September 4, 1999. Their union was a testament to love and partnership, blessed with two wonderful children who were her pride and joy. Consuela was also a loving sister to Shai, and a dear sister-in-law to Henry Sims, who shared countless joyous family gatherings and memories that will be cherished forever. Her professional life was dedicated to the care of others, as she tirelessly worked to support her patients with unwavering dedication and compassion. Her colleagues and those she cared for will remember her not only for her hard work but for her genuine kindness and infectious laughter that never failed to light up a room. Consuela's greatest joy came from spending time with her family and participating in family events. Her love for her family was the central tenet of her life, and she excelled in creating a warm and loving home environment where laughter was abundant. Her humor and vivacity were unmatched, and her laughter was a melody that resonated with everyone she met. In accordance with her wishes, a private funeral service will be held on June 12, 2026, allowing her loved ones to honor her life in an intimate setting. While the service is private, the impact of Consuela’s life was anything but, reaching far beyond her immediate circle to touch the lives of many. Consuela A. Davis will be profoundly missed but never forgotten. Her legacy of love, laughter, and kindness will continue to inspire and bring comfort to her family and friends.
