December 10, 2004 — June 22, 2026

Connor Thomas Flynn, a gentle and kind-hearted soul, left this world far too soon on June 22, 2026, at the tender age of 21. Born on December 10, 2004, in Rockford, Illinois, Connor brought light and laughter to all those fortunate enough to know him. A cherished son to John and Nichole Flynn, Connor grew up in a loving home where he was nurtured and supported every step of the way. His parents, alongside his brother Evan, and step-siblings Zadien, Zoe, Carson, and Madison, provided him with a foundation of love and encouragement. Connor's bond with his niece Luna and nephew Atlas was a testament to his nurturing nature, always ready to share a smile and a warm embrace. Connor graduated from Everett High School in June 2023. During his time there, he formed lasting friendships and left an indelible mark on the hearts of his classmates and teachers. Connor had an innate ability to connect with people, a trait that was evident in his enduring friendships with Brett and Heather Dean, who remained his steadfast companions through the ups and downs of life. His professional journey, though brief, saw him work across various roles, each of which he approached with dedication and diligence. Connor spent time at Gordon Food Service, served as a janitor at International Motors for two years, and worked as a flagger for three months. In each position, he was known for his reliability and warm spirit, earning the respect and friendship of his coworkers. Connor is predeceased by his dear grandparents Fred and Fran Pugh, Leon Parkinson, and Scot Rush, as well as his grandfather Ron Flynn. Their memories were cherished deeply by Connor, who often spoke of the love and lessons they imparted to him. His surviving family members will forever hold him in their hearts: his devoted parents, John and Nichole Flynn, his brother Evan, and his step-siblings who were more like friends. His extended family, including Matt and Rebecca Rue, will continue to celebrate the joy and love he brought into their lives. He is also remembered fondly by many grandparents who cherished him dearly. Connor's life, while tragically cut short, was a testament to the impact one kind-hearted individual can have on the world. His struggles were his own, yet he faced them with courage and grace. In his absence, we are reminded of the importance of reaching out, of listening, and of loving unconditionally. A memorial service to honor Connor's life will be held on July 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Madison County Vineyard, located at 106 Olive St, London, Ohio. Friends, family, and all whose lives Connor touched are invited to gather and celebrate the beautiful life he lived. In honor of Connor, may we all strive to carry forward his legacy of kindness, compassion, and love. May he rest in peace, forever remembered and forever loved.
