She is survived by her devoted husband of 37 years, Robert Spencer, with whom she shared a remarkable journey of love and partnership spanning 40 years. Together, they built a relationship to last lifetimes, raising their beloved daughter, Savanna Spencer, and delighting in the laughter of their precious granddaughter, Layla Spencer-Dubarns.
A proud graduate of Anderson High School in Austin, Texas, class of 1985, Connie's journey continued through a diverse and fulfilling career. She embraced roles from modeling and cosmetology to working as a secretary with high-security clearance, before ultimately co-owning a custom home building business with Robert. Her professional endeavors were a testament to her versatility, determination, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Connie's life was enriched by her passions and interests. She had a profound love for riding and training horses, an eye for fashion and design, and a flair for art and writing.
