Connie Horn

Connie Horn, a cherished daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on September 19, 2026. Born on March 12, 1976, in Middletown, Ohio, Connie was a beacon of love and kindness whose impact was deeply felt by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. As the beloved daughter of Delphia Horn and the late Lewis Horn, Connie was nurtured in a family that valued warmth and togetherness. She grew up surrounded by her siblings, numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles, who all played a significant role in her life. Though she experienced the loss of her father, Lewis, and several dear aunts, uncles, and cousins, Connie's spirit remained resilient and full of compassion. Connie's life was a testament to her loving heart and her unwavering dedication to helping others. She was known for her kindness and her willingness to lend a hand in whatever way she could. Her hardworking nature was evident throughout her life, and she approached every task with determination and grace. She leaves behind her cherished daughters, Shannon Guido, Britney Laflin, and Faith Ecton, who were the light of her life. Her granddaughters, Elena and Alora, brought immense joy to her days, and she relished every moment spent with them. Connie is also survived by her devoted mother, Delphia Horn, her brothers and sisters, and a wide circle of cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends who will forever remember her with love and affection. A celebration of Connie's life will take place on November 7, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Armco Park Jones Pavilion. Family and friends are invited to gather in honor of her memory and reflect on the beautiful legacy she leaves behind. Though her time with us was far too brief, Connie's loving presence will continue to inspire and guide those who knew her. Her memory will forever remain in our hearts, a shining example of love, kindness, and selflessness.
