Connie Delger

Connie Delger, a cherished soul who touched the lives of many, passed away peacefully on March 12, 2026, surrounded by all the people she loved most. Born on October 27, 1948, in Longview, Washington, Connie graced this world with her presence for 77 beautiful years, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and faith. Connie was the beloved daughter of Robert Enloe and Marjorie Hagy (previously Enloe), both of whom preceded her in death. She was also reunited in eternity with her adopted son Michael and her two brothers, Lyle and Randy. Despite the loss she experienced, Connie's life was filled with joy and love, shared with her devoted husband, Michael Delger. Connie and Michael were married on August 15, 1976, and together they built a nurturing home and raised three wonderful children: Troy and Christina, alongside their late son Michael. Connie's heart was as expansive as the gardens she lovingly tended. An avid gardener, she took immense pride in her yard, delighting in the vibrant colors and fragrances of her flower beds. Her passion for gardening was only matched by her deep and abiding faith. For over 20 years, Connie was an active member of North Church, where she participated in numerous bible studies, continually nurturing her trust and love for God. Known for her big heart, Connie was a beacon of generosity, always extending a helping hand to those in need. Her family fondly remembers her unique gift for creating her own vocabulary, a charming quirk that brought laughter and joy into their lives. Even in these playful moments, Connie's warmth and love shone brightly, endearing her to all who knew her. Connie is survived by her loving husband, Michael, who stood by her side for nearly 50 years; her children, Troy and Christina; and her sisters, Rhonda and Sheree. Her legacy of love continues through her six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, who will carry forward her spirit of compassion and joy. A service to celebrate Connie's life will be held on April 11, 2026, at 1:00 PM at North Church, located at 8308 N Division St, Spokane, WA 99208. Family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched are invited to gather and honor the memory of a truly remarkable woman. Connie Delger's life was a testament to the beauty of a heart open to love, faith, and kindness. As we bid farewell to this extraordinary woman, we hold steadfast to the memories of her vibrant spirit and unwavering love, which will forever illuminate our hearts.
