Clint Steven Hammock, a cherished soul with a heart as vast as the sky, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2026, at the age of 52. Born on September 27, 1973, in the sunny embrace of Panama City, Florida, Clint carried the warmth of his birthplace with him throughout his life, touching the hearts of all who knew him. Clint was the beloved son of the late Daniel Hammock and the late Jo Ann Maske Hicks, whose love and guidance shaped him into the remarkable man he became. He is now reunited with his brother, Daniel Ray Hammock, who predeceased him and whose memory he held dear. Clint's legacy lives on through those he loved most: his devoted longtime girlfriend, Sylvia Wood of Panama City, Florida; his son, Clint Hammock of Jennings, Florida; his daughters, Stephanie Hammock of Fort Myers, Florida, Summer Hammock of Springfield, Missouri, and Sarita Stokes of Buffalo, Missouri. He is also survived by his brother, Justin Hammock of Freeport, Florida, his sister, Dana Callahan of Vernon, Florida, and his five treasured grandchildren, who brought immense joy to his life. Family and friends will gather to celebrate Clint's life at a service on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The service will be held at Sims Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Gun Lock Cemetery, Ebro, Florida. The family will receive friends and loved ones from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM prior to the service, providing a time to share cherished memories and offer comfort to one another. Clint Steven Hammock's life was a testament to love, resilience, and the enduring bonds of family. He will be deeply missed, yet his spirit will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in peace, surrounded by the love he so freely gave.
