January 12, 1962 — April 28, 2026

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Clifford Maxwell Rutledge on April 28, 2026. Clifford, affectionately known as Cliff, was born on January 12, 1962, as the only child to the late Edward and Alice Rutledge. Cliff dedicated 31 years to his work as a Senior Certified Welding Inspector (SCWI). His commitment to excellence and his work ethic were admired by all. He found joy in the tranquility of nature, often found with a fishing rod in hand or exploring the woods on a hunting trip. His passion for restoring a 1968 Camaro alongside his sons was more than a hobby; it was a testament to the bonds he cherished. Sundays were saved for football, Skol; where the thrill of the game was amplified by laughter and cheering with family and friends. Above all, Cliff was a family man. He cherished spending time with his kids and wife and was never too busy to make time to grab dinner with his sons or watch his grandsons baseball games. His legacy of love, kindness, and compassion will forever light the way for those he leaves behind. He is preceded in death by his beloved son Kyle Frohm. Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Carla Frohm Rutledge of 37 years, his son Dustin and his wife Micah, and their children, Ryker, Riley Marie, and Slater, who brought immense joy to their grandfather's life. In keeping with his family's wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Cliff's life and legacy. While the ceremony is intimate, the celebration of his life and the impact he made extends beyond any walls, touching the hearts of all who knew him. Clifford Maxwell Rutledge's memory will forever be cherished by all who were fortunate enough to share in his journey. As we say goodbye, we hold onto the love he gave so freely, knowing that his spirit will continue to guide and inspire us. Rest in peace, dear Cliff. You are deeply missed and forever loved.
