Born in the charming coastal town of Portsmouth on February 16, 1954, Clerance was the cherished son of Darlene and Lawarence Williams. Clerance was a remarkable man, known for his warmth, wisdom, and unwavering dedication to his family. He was a beacon of strength and compassion, qualities that left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing him. Throughout his life, Clerance was deeply committed to his family, a devotion that was evident in the lives he touched and the legacy he leaves behind. Clerance's journey was one filled with love and resilience. He was predeceased by his two sons, Paul Jackson and Terrance Williams, and his daughter, Jamila Williams. He found solace and joy in his role as a grandfather to two beautiful grandchildren and as a great-grandfather to six delightful great-grandchildren.
