Clarence Stevens

Clarence "Junior" Stevens, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2026. Born on February 13, 1955, in Washington, DC, Junior was the cherished son of the late Clarence Stevens Sr. and Mary Ella Robinson. His life was a testament to love, dedication, and passion, touching the hearts of all who knew him. Junior's early years were spent in Maryland, where he graduated from Bruce Evans High School. He was a man of many talents and worked tirelessly at Long Fence Company before dedicating his skills to the Westchester County Department of Public Works. His work ethic and commitment to excellence were admired by colleagues and friends alike. In November of 1997, Junior married the love of his life, Carol Stevens. Together, they built a beautiful family and shared countless memories over nearly three decades of marriage. Junior was a devoted father to his sons, Gregory and Jordan, and a proud grandfather to his precious granddaughter, Jordan Christina. He found immense joy and fulfillment in his family, always placing their needs above his own. Junior had an enduring love for motorcycles and trucks, a passion that became a defining characteristic of his vibrant personality. His enthusiasm for life was infectious, and his laughter could light up any room. Known for his warmth and kindness, Junior was a steadfast friend and confidante to many. Junior is predeceased by his parents, Clarence Sr. and Mary Ella, his brother Ronnie, and his sisters Denise and JoAnn. He leaves behind his loving wife, Carol; his sons, Gregory and Jordan; his granddaughter, Jordan Christina; his brother Jerry; his sister Theresa; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss him dearly. A celebration of Junior's life will be held on September 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Christ Temple Church, located at 1 Oak St, White Plains, NY. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of a life well-lived and to honor the legacy of a remarkable man. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Junior's memory to a charity of your choice. Junior's legacy will live on through the love he shared and the memories he created with those who were fortunate enough to know him. He will be forever remembered and cherished in the hearts of all who loved him.
