Chroma Zome

July 27, 1927 — March 3, 2026

It is with profound sorrow and a touch of bewildered joy that we announce the passing of Chroma Zome, who left this world on March 3, 2026, after a long life filled with color, adventure, and an unparalleled zest for the absurd. Born on July 27, 1927, in the quaint and unique town of Mitochondria, Texas, Chroma was a beacon of eccentricity and love for all who knew her. Chroma was the beloved daughter of Deoxy and Ribo Sugar, who instilled in her an insatiable curiosity and a knack for the unexpected. She was predeceased by Mary and her cherished lamb, whose presence in her life she always remembered fondly. A proud mother, Chroma is survived by her twins, Off Spring, Maya Osis, and Mite Tosis. Though the mysteries of her marital life remain unsolved, her legacy endures through her astonishing 35,098.8 grandchildren and 0.976 great-grandchildren, who carry forward her spirit and unique perspective on life. Chroma's educational journey was as unconventional as her life, earning what she affectionately referred to as a "chee gat mher deghee in te unersity of stupiditye." Her career defied traditional definitions, choosing instead to peer into windows at night, a career path she embraced with humor and determination. Her time in military service was marked by bravery and resilience, fighting valiantly in the battle of nucleus at protein mountain. She survived against all odds, even the anticodons, making her story one of resurrection and triumph. Chroma's entrepreneurial spirit led her to found a religion she called RELIGOIN, inviting many to join her in a community bound by laughter and late-night visits. Her hobbies, though unconventional, were pursued with fervor, including her attempts to consume the inedible and her playful fear of a duck perpetually watching over her. A memorial service celebrating Chroma's life will be held on December 26, 2343, at the whimsical Santa's Pole in Wisconsin. Friends and family are encouraged to join via livestream to remember the joy she brought to those around her. In honor of Chroma, donations can be made to RELIGOIN DONATIONS THAT ACTUALLY JUST FUND OUR DUNKIN DONUT RUNS (and trip to Disneyworld Paris) through https://jcfjrugiyt4iugy6ti8ugo54ygtjuyilgtfrtygfiourhtjuifhyjfiugidhg@GIVEMEMONEY.org. A memorial fund, the National Organization that Donates Weapons to Small Children (NODWSC), has also been established to continue her legacy of unexpected kindness. Chroma's family wishes to share a light-hearted message in her memory: "We wish you a merry Christmas and a happy new year. Thank God we ruined it with this funeral :) You'll never enjoy Christmas again." Her laughter and love will echo in our hearts forever. Chroma Zome was a force of nature, a woman who lived by her own rules and left an indelible mark on the world. May her soul find peace, and may her memory inspire us all to embrace life's quirks with open arms.
