We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Christopher Cox, a cherished father, son, brother, grandfather and friend, who left this world on August 22, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on May 9, 1967, in Brigantine, New Jersey, Christopher spent a life filled with love, laughter, and adventure. Christopher was a devoted son to Joanne and her husband Dominic, and is predeceased by his father, Benjamin, and his brother, Robert. He is survived by his loving siblings, Arlette and Jim. Christopher's legacy continues through his beloved children, Christopher and his fiancée Leslie, Sabrina and her fiancée Phillip, Tabitha, and Adrianna. His greatest joy came from his grandchildren, Jaden, Aubrey, Lucas, Kai, and Benjamin, whom he adored immensely. A self-employed marine mechanic, Christopher's passion for the sea led him to establish his own business, 1fastski, where he dedicated his career to marine mechanics. His love for the water was palpable, whether on a boat or jetski, and he had an innate ability to navigate the sea with ease. Christopher was also an active member of the Greentree Church and Range 129, where he spent many hours honing his skills and enjoying the camaraderie of fellow members. Christopher will be remembered for his quick wit and unapologetic honesty, traits that endeared him to many. His sarcastic humor and steadfast loyalty created lasting friendships, and he was always the first to offer help, day or night, regardless of how he felt. He brought comfort and support to all who knew him, leaving a profound impact on their lives. A service to celebrate Christopher's life will be held on September 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Greentree Church, located at 125 School House Rd, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234. Family, friends, and all whose lives Christopher touched are invited to join in remembering a man whose spirit and love will never be forgotten. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to GiGi from Camden Cooper Cancer Center, whose compassion and care brightened Christopher's final weeks. Christopher Cox will be dearly missed but fondly remembered by all who were fortunate to know him. His legacy of kindness, humor, and love will continue to inspire those he leaves behind.
